4.7% ABV - Rauchbier There is no “wildfire season” anymore in Arizona. Fires can happen year-round, and every year 9 out of 10 wildland fires are started by humans. Use this beer as a guide to make sure your fire is “dead out” and help protect our wilderness. Remember, only you can prevent wildfires.

8% ABV - Hazy DIPA A hazy double IPA brewed for your final moments. Filled with soul crushing amounts of Chinook, Citra and Cascade hops. Laid to rest with Arizona-Grown regenerative wheat and oats for a mouthfeel of sludge. IPA, Til death do us part.

5.5% ABV - Honey Blonde There's one big rule you should follow when enjoying our public lands: Leave No Trace. Or, as we prefer to say it: Don't F#%k It Up. Floral and dry with fresh honey aromatics from the addition of Rango Honey, DFIU is complex yet crushable.

7.5% ABV - West Coast IPA A San Diego Style West Coast IPA featuring the iconic duo of Simcoe and Amarillo Hops back with Sinagua and Sinagua Biscuit Malt

4.7% ABV - Kölsch Style Ale Inspired by the Kendrick Mountain Wilderness—an area north of Flagstaff that boasts lush greenery, a 10,418-foot summit, and an iconic fire watch station—this ale is fermented at cold temperatures for clean fermentation character and a dry, crackery finish

6.4% ABV - Hazy IPA Brewed in celebration of Downtown Phoenix’s cultural heritage, bringing the wilderness to Arizona’s urban center. A hazy IPA showcasing Citra and Mosaic hops.

7.8% ABV - Hazy IPA A Hazy IPA inspired by Oscar, The Roadrunner who splits his time between our Woodnotes Cellar and the Brewpub. Brewed with Krush (formerly HBC 586,) El Dorado, and Mosaic.

4.6% ABV - English Mild An Arizona Mild brewed with 100% Sinagua malt and Adeena Hops. Slated to be the flagship beer of our new restaurant and brewing facility, Miracle Mile.

6% ABV - Hazy IPA It's International Pride Month! To celebrate, we brewed up this juicy hazy IPA with Dolcita (Formerly 1019), Galaxy, Sabro and Citra hops bursting with citrus, pineapple, and peach rings.

6.8% ABV - American IPA Our flagship IPA born in our founder's garage. This beer has evolved over the years into a perfectly balanced IPA w/ 100% Sinagua Malt base and citrus forward American hops.

5.4% ABV - Wheat Beer This special wheat beer was brewed with Regenerative Organic Certified Sonora White Wheat. ROC crops are farmed using sustainable, low-impact practices that maintain healthy soils and have the potential to combat climate change. Crisp and clean with light notes of citrus, a grain-forward finish, and a touch of funk.

8.7% ABV - Double IPA The Passing of the Wilderness Act and the Repealing of Prohibition inspired this DIPA. A local Sinagua malt base compliments the massive dry hop of Roy Farms Strata and Centennial from CLS

7.0% - West Coast IPA The first beer brewed at Wilderness by our new head of production, this West Coast-style IPA was brewed with CTZ, Centennial, Chinook, Mosaic, El Dorado, and Citra hops for a flavor as vibrant as the West Clear Creek Wilderness.
