7.5% ABV - Gueuze-inspired Wild Ale This blend of various Camp Coolship beers is inspired by traditional Belgian Gueuze - which typically blends Lambics of 1, 2, and 3 years of age. Lambic is brewed, Gueuze is blended. All beers are spontaneously fermented with wild yeasts and bacteria captured from around the state of Arizona - no yeast is added. All beers used in the blend were fermented and aged for years in neutral French oak puncheons and barrels.
